How many months is warranty for battery??
AYes. You pay inspection or diagnostic charges before we send a mechanic to inspect your car. This will cater for the transportation of our mechanic. The money you pay is non-refundable, if you didn’t approve the job after the estimate. But if you eventually approve the job, the inspection charges you paid will be reconciled in the final invoice.
Do I have to pay for my vehicle to be inspected?
ANo. You do not need to bribe or tip the mechanic. You are not deealing with the mechanic that comes to repair your vehicle but you are directly dealing with the company.
Do I need to find “something” for the mechanic?
AThe mechanic will have to report the additional repair needed, to the company. Estimate for the additional repair would be sent to you (the vehicle owner) for approval. Additional work would only be done on your approval.
What happens if the mechanic discovers additional repair while carrying out work on my vehicle?
AThe company supplies all parts to mechanic. Mechanic only fixes, so, the company is in full control of part supply.
How does mechanic get parts?
AWe allow customers to provide their own parts, if they so wish. Our warranty does not cover parts supplied by customer.
Can I supply my own parts?
AWe do not fix fairly used parts except parts which the vehicle manufacturer has discontinued production. In such situation, customer will have to approve fairly used part before we can use it.
